Author Guidelines

The manuscript to be published on JMIT is written in English. Manuscripts will go through an initial examination by the Editor-in-Chief or Managing Editor to assess conformity with the focus and scope of the journal, completeness of the manuscript, and compliance with the author's guidelines. Manuscripts that meet editorial requirements will proceed to a double-blind peer review process.

Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx) and follow the JMIT template. Manuscripts must be original scientific papers, have never been published before, and are not under consideration for publication in another journal.

Research manuscripts are generally 4,000–7,000 words long, including tables, figures and references. Manuscripts are arranged on A4 paper with a format and writing style according to the JMIT Manuscript Template.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Sebelum melakukan submission, penulis wajib memastikan bahwa:

  • Naskah merupakan karya asli dan belum pernah diterbitkan.

  • Naskah tidak sedang dipertimbangkan untuk diterbitkan pada jurnal lain.

  • Manuskrip telah mengikuti JMIT Manuscript Template.

  • File utama naskah dalam format Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx).

  • Naskah ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris.

  • Struktur manuskrip telah mengikuti Author Guidelines.

  • Semua penulis telah dicantumkan secara lengkap.

  • Afiliasi dan alamat email setiap penulis telah dicantumkan.

  • Corresponding author telah ditentukan.

  • Abstrak dan keywords telah tersedia.

  • Seluruh sitasi dalam teks tercantum dalam daftar referensi.

  • Seluruh referensi yang tercantum dalam daftar pustaka telah disitasi dalam teks.

  • Referensi menggunakan APA 7th Edition.

  • DOI atau URL dicantumkan apabila tersedia.

  • Tabel dan gambar telah diberi nomor dan judul yang sesuai.

  • Manuskrip telah diperiksa tata bahasa dan formatnya.

  • Manuskrip tidak mengandung plagiarisme atau bentuk pelanggaran etika publikasi lainnya.

  • Penulis telah membaca dan menyetujui Publication Ethics dan Copyright Policy JMIT.

Privacy Statement

The Journal of Management Innovation and Technology (JMIT) values and is committed to protecting the privacy of all users who interact with the JMIT website and online journal system.

Names, email addresses, affiliations and other personal information entered into the journal system will only be used for manuscript management purposes, editorial processes, peer reviews, communication with authors and reviewers, and administration of journal publications.

User personal information will not be used for commercial purposes, rented, sold, or provided to other parties outside the interests of journal management, unless such disclosure is required under applicable legal provisions.

The information provided by the author in the submission process, including the author's identity, affiliation, email address and manuscript information, will be managed on a limited basis by the Editor, Managing Editor and parties involved in the editorial process in accordance with journal management needs.

In the double-blind peer review process, the identities of authors and reviewers will be kept confidential to the extent possible in the JMIT editorial system and process.

JMIT is also committed to maintaining the security of information stored in the Open Journal Systems (OJS) system. Users are responsible for keeping their respective accounts, usernames and passwords confidential.

By registering and submitting on the JMIT system, the user agrees to the use of the information provided as described in this Privacy Statement.

The Journal of Management Innovation and Technology (JMIT) may update this Privacy Statement if there are changes in journal management policies, information systems, or applicable regulations. Any changes will be informed via the journal's official website.
