The Journal of Management Innovation and Technology (JMIT) values and is committed to protecting the privacy of all users who interact with the JMIT website and online journal system.

Names, email addresses, affiliations and other personal information entered into the journal system will only be used for manuscript management purposes, editorial processes, peer reviews, communication with authors and reviewers, and administration of journal publications.

User personal information will not be used for commercial purposes, rented, sold, or provided to other parties outside the interests of journal management, unless such disclosure is required under applicable legal provisions.

The information provided by the author in the submission process, including the author's identity, affiliation, email address and manuscript information, will be managed on a limited basis by the Editor, Managing Editor and parties involved in the editorial process in accordance with journal management needs.

In the double-blind peer review process, the identities of authors and reviewers will be kept confidential to the extent possible in the JMIT editorial system and process.

JMIT is also committed to maintaining the security of information stored in the Open Journal Systems (OJS) system. Users are responsible for keeping their respective accounts, usernames and passwords confidential.

By registering and submitting on the JMIT system, the user agrees to the use of the information provided as described in this Privacy Statement.

The Journal of Management Innovation and Technology (JMIT) may update this Privacy Statement if there are changes in journal management policies, information systems, or applicable regulations. Any changes will be informed via the journal's official website.
