The editor refers to the policies of the journal's editorial board and is constrained by legal provisions, such as libel, copyright infringement and plagiarism. The editor can talk to other editors or reviewers in making this decision.
Fair process
In the process of evaluating the content of the manuscript, the editors must be based on intellectual views without judgment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the author.
Confidentiality
Information regarding the manuscript submitted by the user must not be disclosed to any other party, except the editor, reviewer, editorial board and publisher. Every manuscript received by the reviewer or editor must be treated as a confidential document. Speed
Every manuscript submitted / submitted will be evaluated quickly before publication.
Objectivity Standards
The manuscript review process must be carried out objectively. The reviewer's views should not be personal criticism that does not have scientific arguments, so the views expressed must be clear and contain supporting arguments.
Source Statement
Reviewers should identify relevant work that has not been cited by the authors. Any statement that an observation, derivation, or argument had previously been reported should be accompanied by the relevant citation. Reviewers should also consider any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under consideration and any other published paper of which they have personal knowledge.
Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given. Authors should cite publications that have been influential in determining the nature of the research.
Duties of Authors
Authors should present an accurate account of the research or study performed. The data presented should be consistent with the research report. The manuscript should be written in sufficient detail and should have sufficient references to enable others to refer to it appropriately. Fraudulent intent through the writing of published scientific papers is unacceptable.
Originality and Plagiarism
The authors must ensure that they have written entirely original works. If there is any use of the work and/or words of others, then the author must include this by quoting it in the text in accordance with applicable regulations.
An author should not publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal.
Authorship of the Manuscript
Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made a significant contribution to the completion of the manuscript. All individuals who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors.
The corresponding author should ensure that all appropriate co-authors and co-authors are included on the paper, and that all authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its publication.
Fundamental errors in published works
When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author's obligation to promptly contact the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper.
